GENERAL SALES RULES

Delivery in Canada only, ordered products will be shipped by Canada Post, you will receive a tracking number after completing the transaction.

For hygiene reasons, purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If a product is defective, please contact us at and include a photo of the item received, so that we can assess the situation and resolve the problem if possible. Styling tools (flat iron, blow dryer) are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty if the safety label is not removed.
